Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
Thank you for shopping with Donk Island Collectibles. Because our inventory includes both high-value raw trading card singles and bulk protective hobby supplies, our fulfillment operates on a hybrid model to ensure your items are delivered securely.
- Multiple Shipments & Partner Warehouses: Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages. Trading card singles ship securely from our central office, while protective hobby supplies (such as top-loaders and sleeves) may ship directly from our specialized partner fulfillment facilities. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
- Single Card Delivery & Protection: All raw trading card singles are personally reviewed for condition, placed in premium protective sleeves and rigid top-loaders, and anchored securely within specialized cardboard mailers. High-value single cards or graded slabs are shipped via fully tracked mail and may require signature confirmation upon delivery to safeguard your investment.
- Order Processing Timelines: We process and pack orders within 1 to 2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. The exact second a shipping label is generated, tracking numbers are automatically synced and emailed to your account.
